General Rental Conditions
We recommend that you read our General Rental Conditions since you will be asked to join and confirm that you have read and understood them before your reservation can be confirmed.
These general contracting conditions regulate any vehicle reservation made through the ECOANDONE website, or by signing the form that the employee will present to you 'before the start of the rental.
Confirmations of online reservations:
Any change after the reservation by the client or ECOANDONE will be communicated by email during office hours.
Modification / Cancellation:
You can modify or cancel your reservation free of charge after being confirmed as long as it occurs 48 hours before the vehicle's delivery date by sending an email to booking@ecoandone.com, otherwise you must contact by phone to make the corresponding modification or cancellation.
Reservations, changes and / or cancellations made by phone can be recorded and your personal data will be stored in a database for the management of future reservations.
If you do not cancel your reservation at least 48 hours before the agreed date and time for delivery or do not show up to pick up the vehicle, ECOANDONE will charge your credit card for the amount of the rental.

BOOKINGS
CAR:
21 years (with 3 years of seniority of card B)
SCOOTER / MOTO:
18 years (with 2 years of AM-A1 license) for motorcycles up to 125cc. or 15 kw
21 years (with 3 years old of A1-A2-B license) for motorcycles up to 35 kw
25 years (with 3 years of A license) for a motorcycle over 400cc.
The European driving license or international driving license must be declared on the booking form
MINIMUM AGE
The rental price includes:

RATES
In advance through PayPal, major credit / debit cards or cash. The security deposit it will have to be guaranteed only by credit card. The holder of the credit card has to be the renter and main driver in the rental contract and will have to present the card when picking up the vehicle. Check and debit cards are not accepted. The entire rent must be paid plus any extra services, if required (waiting service at the airport, tourist guide, etc.)
PAY
ECOANDONE is not responsible for the damages, which with a merely enunciative and non-limiting character, could be derived as:
Interruptions and malfunctions in the Internet network caused by any cause that prevents making the reservation or making it with errors.
the inability to provide services without prior notice, for technical reasons, maintenance or for any other reason.
the lack of stock or availability of vehicles for rent, due to any cause such as increased reservations.
The lack of updating or rectification of the website as well as the content and information provided therein.
the presence of viruses or other harmful elements in the contents of the web that may cause damage to computer systems.
In any case, whatever its cause, it will not assume any responsibility for direct or indirect damages, consequential damages and / or lost profits.
DISCLAIMER
If you have disabilities or reduced mobility, you must notify ECOANDONE or the manager to assess the possibility that you can use the service.
You have to submit to all the formalities arranged, such as wearing a motorcycle helmet and a hygienic hat
You can carry hand luggage or bags with a volume that does not exceed the limits of available space. It is forbidden to transport prohibited or dangerous things, weapons, blunt objects.
You agree to use and drive the vehicle in accordance with the basic rules of driving and circulation, and in accordance with the specifications for use of the type of vehicle; not to use the vehicle while driving on unauthorized or unpaved roads, or whose condition may pose a risk of damage to the vehicle; participate in competitions, official or not; driving the vehicle under the influence of alcohol, narcotics or any other type of narcotic substance; transport of flammable and / or dangerous goods, toxic, harmful and / or radioactive products or products that violate the provisions.
In the event of using the vehicle to transport children under three years of age or of persons over three years of age who do not exceed a height of 150 centimeters, you must notify ECOANDONE so that the latter can give you the corresponding mandatory restraint device approved in accordance with the weight and height of the child or person who must use it. The installation and / or placement of the mandatory retention device will be your responsibility.
In any case, ECOANDONE will be free of all possible liability derived from personal or material damage that occurs as a consequence of the breach of the aforementioned obligations, as well as any possible manufacturing defect of the aforementioned mandatory retention device.
Only the person or persons identified and accepted by ECOANDONE in the rental contract is authorized to drive the vehicle, provided that they are of legal age and meet the necessary requirements to drive the vehicle, such as being holders and being in possession of a valid driving license and in force of at least two years old. The driving license will have to be issued in accordance with current Spanish legislation; issued by the Member States of the European Union in accordance with Community regulations; issued by other countries or of an international nature that were recognized as valid for the purpose of allowing driving in Spain.
ECOANDONE reserves the right to request you, from the moment of signing this contract and throughout the duration of the same, a document proving identity, in addition to the Driving License.
It also reserves the express right to deny you the rental of the vehicle in the event that it is not duly proven to be the holder of a valid driving license and in force at the time of delivery.
USE OF THE VEHICLE
Both upon delivery and return of the vehicle, any visible minor damage will be included in the rental contract.
In the event of new damage to the vehicle, once at destination, it will be expressly identified in the rental contract, and it will be approved and signed by you and ECOANDONE. The repair of new minor damages will be charged and billed at the average repair price and you will pay this cost to ECOANDONE by means of payment by credit card or by immediate bank transfer.
In case of deterioration and / or loss of any of the tires (for reasons other than normal wear, poor assembly or manufacturing defect) as a result of punctures or bumps against curbs, you agree to pay immediately for another tire with identical characteristics , same brand and model, unless the deterioration and / or loss is the result of a traffic accident, theft or vandalism.
VEHICLE STATUS
1. Circulation
The rented vehicle can travel only in the jurisdiction of the province of the ECOANDONE headquarters with the limits established in the rental contract. Once the contracted limits have been exceeded, an amount per Km exceeded will be provided in the contract according to the model of the rented vehicle.
In case of non-compliance and the following case of theft or destruction of the vehicle, ECOANDONE will be obliged to charge:
the total market price of the vehicle and / or its accessories (if the vehicle does not have a comprehensive insurance policy)
the total cost of the accident repair (work, parts, housing, transportation, administrative practices, economic losses from the rental of the vehicle and any other related expenses)
2. Delivery and return
If you do not pick up the vehicle within 30 minutes of the scheduled date and time, the reservation will be considered canceled and the rental amount will be charged as a refund.
The same is true if the rental contract cannot be done due to your responsibility (lack of documents, lack of driving experience, incorrect documents, etc.).
ECOANDONE must be notified via email or sms if the flight departs from the airport of origin late in case of delivery at the terminal
If the vehicle is not returned within 30 minutes of the scheduled date and time, or in a different place from where it was delivered, another rental day will be charged plus the amount of € 50. fine. No refund or bonus is provided to return the motorcycle before the date or time contracted.
In no case can the amounts paid as a guarantee be used to extend the rental. Once the vehicle has been returned correctly ECOANDONE returns the deposit in a time between 48 hours up to 30 days in exceptional cases, for example when using a credit card not national. If you refuse to sign for the delivery of the damaged vehicle, by ECOANDONE, the notification will be made through an official expert opinion as well as the amount of the repair, before charging it to your credit card.
3. Extra insurance
If you make the additional motorcycle insurance at the cost of 15 euros per day that covers damage done to the vehicle and the thefts, you will not have to pay more than the single deposit. The same insurance can ONLY be placed in your name and is not valid if you leave the motorcycle to another unauthorized person, without experience or documents.
4. Use
ECOANDONE should provide you with the vehicle in apparent good condition in terms of function and external appearance, with all its tires in good condition and without punctures. The vehicle is delivered clean and will have passed internal controls.
The vehicle cannot be:
Transported by other means (trains, ferries, etc.)
Traded, leased, sold, etc. granted by any guarantee
Powered by a non-expert person and / or not authorized by ECOANDONE
Used to push, tow, transport people and things, participate in competitions; even more people than allowed, animals, with luggage racks or similar
Left unattended (you also agree to wait for the crane in the event of a breakdown or incident), poorly parked, not closed. In case of direct responsibility of the client for the misuse of the vehicle that causes the call of the Roadside Assistance, a management fee of € 70 + VAT will be charged.
Modified in technical characteristics including accessories
Used if the operation is not correct or some light on the instrument panel is illuminated
Returned with an empty or partial fuel tank, otherwise the cost of € 15 will be charged directly. The motorcycle is delivered with a full tank, the car can be delivered with a partial deposit and in this case it can be returned. They will also charge you for the expenses caused by the use of inappropriate fuel
Returned without keys, accessories or documentation
In all these cases, ECOANDONE is authorized to immediately withdraw the vehicle, unilaterally terminate the contract and charge all costs or damages that arise, without any prior notice by written. If the amount of the charges exceed the value of the deposit you will have to replace the deposit to return to the initial value
ECOANDONE is authorized by you to carry out a new operation on your credit card without requiring your signature (apart from what is already indicated in the general rental conditions).
5. In the event of damage
to a third party, you will have to compensate the full amount in favor of ECOANDONE, even if such damages are covered by insurance. In this case, once the insurance company will refund ECOANDONE the value of the damages, the amount paid will be reimbursed.
6. Signature
By signing the contract, you declare that you have read, understood and accepted the terms of the motorcycle or car insurance, coverage in the event of an accident, and you agree that you are obliged to fill out the declaration of friendship in detail and immediately deliver it to ECOANDONE.
SPECIAL CONDITIONS FOR VEHICLE RENTAL
These General Conditions, as well as the other clauses of the rental contract, may only be modified by means of a written agreement signed by both parties.
Neither party will be liable in the event of non-compliance with its obligations due to any Force Majeure situation. "Force Majeure" will be considered - as defined by the applicable regulations - any unforeseeable or in any case unavoidable event, outside the party that suffers the Force Majeure event, which makes it impossible for said party to fulfill its obligations.
This contract will be governed and interpreted in accordance with Spanish law and the issues that arise as a result of this contract are within the jurisdiction of the courts and tribunals of the city of Barcelona.
MODIFICATIONS TO THE RENTAL AGREEMENT
ECOANDONE takes care of mechanical wear and tear from normal vehicle use. If the vehicle is immobilized due to mechanical failure, you must contact ECOANDONE or only the Roadside Assistance Company arranged by ECOANDONE. Charges will only be accepted by the account of said Assistance Company in urgent cases and when the Landlord has expressly authorized them.
MAINTENANCE AND REPAIRS
For the purposes of the provisions of current regulations regarding the protection of personal data and of services of the information society and electronic commerce, ECOANDONE informs of the existence of a personal data file created by and under the responsibility of ECOANDONE in order to carry out the maintenance and management of the contractual relationship with the Client , as well as the information and marketing work of the vehicle rental service and activities related to it. In the case of commercial communications via email or Equivalent means, the acceptance of this Privacy Policy will suppose that the Client gives their express consent for the sending of advertising through said means.
Except in cases where the contrary is indicated, the answers to the questions about Personal Data are mandatory, and the lack of answer will mean the impossibility of providing the car rental service or any other service available to the Client.
In the case of commercial communications via email or equivalent means, and in accordance with the provisions of Law 34/2002 on Services of the Information Society and Electronic Commerce, the Client gives their express consent to send advertising through said medium. Said consent may be revoked at any time by request addressed to the following address: info@ecoandone.com
Likewise, your data may be transferred to other companies in the transport and tourism sectors that collaborate now or in the future with ECOANDONE.
And more, it is reported that, in the event of any type of non-payment due to the rental services contracted by the Client and prior request for payment by ECOANDONE, the data related to said non-payment may be communicated to files of information on patrimonial solvency and credit, in accordance with the provisions of current regulations on data protection.
ECOANDONE informs about the possibility of exercising the rights of access, rectification and cancellation and opposition by means of a written request addressed to ECOANDONE SL, Passatge Gaiolá 2/4 Local 1, 08013 Barcelona, which undertakes to comply with its obligation of secrecy of the data of personal nature and their duty to keep them and will adopt the necessary measures to prevent their alteration, loss, treatment or unauthorized access, taking into account the state of technology at all times.
In the event that the online reservation or budget is not made effective, ECOANDONE will only keep those personal data provided or communicated by users expressly for the remission of commercial communications until it is revoked.
